The #1 Thing That Will Change Your Life As An Empath

Hello friends!

One of the #1 things that has changed my life in the most incredible way has been learning energy healing… but not for the reason you might expect!

Yes, energy healing sessions are incredible and I do believe that everyone should be receiving them regularly…

But the real reason becoming an energy healer has changed my life is because of the everyday energy care practices I’ve learned in my trainings!

As an empath, I can soak up other people’s energy like a sponge. For years, I ping ponged between being myself and being a “chameleon” - taking on other people’s personality traits, emotions, and thoughts as my own. I felt drained after being around certain people. I needed a nap after being in crowded places. Any media I took in would shift my energy and thoughts very quickly (for better or worse).

I was also a huge people pleaser. Because I felt everyone’s energy so viscerally, I just wanted everyone and everything around me to feel “good” - even if it was at my own expense. I was very anxious inside and very good at hiding it.

Until my mid 30’s, I had no idea that anyone can clear + protect their own energy. I assumed you had to be an energy healer to do it! The concepts of energetic boundaries, discernment, and “energetic nutrition” (aka what you feed your energy - what you listen to, what you watch, who you spend time with, etc) were all foreign to me. Thankfully, my soul led me to energy healing & intuition development. And that’s when everything changed!

When I learned all the daily energy care routines + practices I use now, I was shocked at how amazing I felt right away! I could be around anyone and still feel like myself after. I could set + hold boundaries with difficult people and not feel drained from our interactions. I could go in crowded places without feeling depleted.

My lifelong anxiety (that I assumed would never go away because I come from a long line of anxious women) finally lifted! My energy felt lighter and I had more of it. My intuition was clearer. My mind felt calmer. My discernment was on point. My boundaries were iron clad. I felt EMPOWERED!
