We experienced the Year of the Wood Snake/9 Year by shedding, letting go, doing deep inner work, and rebirthing in ways that were often surprising. But also very necessary for our soul growth, our individual paths, and our future as a collective.
In this fast paced world we live in, I’ve noticed that integration is often missed. Whether it’s integrating the year, an important experience you've moved through, or a full cycle - too many people rush on to the next, without much thought or awareness.
Yet, integration is where true wisdom lies.
Integration = the contemplation of what you’ve been through.
Integration = the key realizations + aha moments that come from understanding your experiences on a deeper level.
Integration = finally embodying those experiences... Where you actually become a new version of yourself in the way you think, act, express, and move through the world because of what you've moved through.
As you listen to this meditation, I invite you to journal and allow for new insights to come forward. There is always another layer to uncover. You'll understand why each challenge was actually a gift and why each opportunity was a nudge forward on your path. So much clarity will come for where you are headed next.
